Our Vision
The Dubai Israel Business Council (DIBC) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to fostering business connections between Israel and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Established in 2024 and licensed under the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry, DIBC is recognized by the UAE authorities as the official representative body of Israeli businesses and individuals operating in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
The Dubai Israel Business Council serves as a conduit for promoting bilateral trade, investment, and collaboration between Israel and the UAE, aligning with the vision of the Abraham Accords to create thriving economic partnerships.

The Dubai Israel Business Council works towards three overarching strategic goals:

Promoting trade between Israel and the United Arab Emirates via our networking events, business delegations and government advocacy.

Bringing value to our members, by providing increased visibility, introductions to potential partners and facilitaing new opportunities by opening doors with the region's largest economic players

Building up Dubai as Israel’s economic hub to the East, positioning Israeli companies to capitalize on the MENA region’s massive investment and digital transformation initiative while providing Israeli businesses with a strategic gateway to key markets and opportunities across Asia, the Gulf, and beyond.

Hold seminars, conferences and sessions on relevant commercial, financial and legal topics in Israel and the UAE
Provide tools for businesspeople, companies and investors to find potential partners via our thriving community, featuring networking events, Working Groups and our online networking platform
Identify high-potential areas for cooperation
Advise Emirati and Israeli companies conducting business in each other’s countries
Run the TechBridge MENA Market Entry Program together with Oracle
Organize delegations of business leaders and influencers, and arrange meetings with decision-makers
Liaise with relevant officials on both sides in order to foster business activity
